Luckily, I never gave up! My mom hired a “life coach”

Being a mom, I usually place my wants and needs on the back burner. Self-love was never a top priority or even a thought. 2016 was a monumental year for me and I needed to change the way I viewed myself and my life. I filed for divorce in early 2016, which made me question my worth for love. A few months later I broke my back in a terrible accident, and I have been in a wheelchair since. My self-worth and self-love were depleted at this point in life.

Luckily, I never gave up! My mom hired a “life coach” that ended up becoming a close friend and mentor. She taught me that with a bit of practice and intention, I already had everything I needed to be happy, successful, and feel the love already inside myself.
