Dr. Arayeh’s program was very beneficial for my family. I learned how to better interact with my 7-year-old and make sure that he feels Safe, Seen, Soothed, and Secure. Her insights have also helped in my relationship with my son’s Mom. Within the first 2 sessions, we were speaking to each other in a more positive way.  We now have a better understanding of how our negative interactions were exposing our childhood wounds. Overall this was an experience that I’m thankful we tried.
