Dr. Arayeh was *so* helpful with conscious parenting coaching. She helped me to realize where I was coming from, how I need to care for myself, and how I need to focus on my own expectations and self-regulation. She also helped me to understand that children are their own people (not something we control) and that we can have a relationship with them. My life has improved immensely since working with Dr. Arayeh.
